Tell the most important e-mail you have received.
You should say:
What’s it
When and how did you get it
Importance of it
And, how does it influence you

Part-2

The most important e-mail I have ever received came to me on January 23, 2007. It came from Greenwich University. They offered me a scholarship which would cover my tuition fees.  First I could not believe it and when I read the message, it was clear. I have scored 7.5 in IELTS to meet admission and scholarship requirements. I could not pay the tuition fees, so I took the challenges of the scholarship and did fulfill its requirements. Now I got the most important opportunity in my life, to study in a famous university in London. It influenced me very much in this way. Whenever I find myself alone those sweet memories peep on my mind with a smile.

Part-3
What’s e-mail?
E-mail means electronic mails by which we can send and receive any message, files and pictures by the internet within seconds around the world.

Benefits of emails over mails-discuss it.
Emails send and receive messages within seconds around the world whereas a mail via post delivery takes 10-30 days to reach all over the worlds. For example, a mail from the USA takes 15 days to arrive in Bangladesh the same message can be sent by email within 10 seconds. Unfortunately, we couldn’t develop our emails in Bangla language though we have overcome that problem. However, for delivering books, parcels, clothes, CD, we still depend on courier service.

How do emails develop business in your country? Give examples?
Our garment sector develops the most by emails. Buyers send different designs of garments by email attachment which used to arrive by traditional post. We can download the design and print it instantly. It saves time, energy and money to export readymade garments throughout the world.

What is the information super highway?
The internet is called the information super highway. It’s a network of computers exchanging information all over the worlds by the computers connected by websites email and messenger.

How come emails replace fax?
It costs 100 TK to send a fax to the USA or Middle East, but an email cost less than a taka. Therefore, faxes are being replaced by emails. Moreover, fax print is garbled and illegible whereas messages printed from emails are crystal clear. We can also send pictures via emails.

How can we send pictures or files by emails?
We can attach any file or pictures by email message and send it to desired email address. The recipient can download the attached files/pictures from his own machine and print it like original.
